Join owner and certified physical therapist assistant, Tara Plank, for a vinyasa-style class that uses the LYT Method to reset the body and build strength and stability. This class is perfect for you if you:
are new to yoga
are wanting to come back to yoga after a period of time away from the mat
are dealing with injury or wanting to prevent injury
are new to the LYT Method
Mobility required: able to get up and down from the ground
Bring your mat and blocks if you have them.

Join physical therapist and yoga instructor, Dr. Kat Burns, for a specialized yoga and meditation class designed to calm the nervous system, improve breathing mechanics, and support your body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance.
Whether you’re managing chronic stress, struggling with focus or digestion, or simply looking to feel more grounded in your body, this class offers gentle, targeted movement and breathwork to enhance vagal tone, posture, and parasympathetic activation (your “rest and digest” system).

This class is appropriate for individuals who can get on and off the floor and perform simple balance exercises without assistance.
